How can I assign the project managers (admins) to the project?

  1. Switch to the Admin View within the Toki app.
  2. Locate the "Settings" button at the top of the app's home page and click on it.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select and click on the option "Assign Project Managers."
  4. The "Manage Team" modal window will appear, allowing you to edit access permissions for different projects.
  5. In the "{project name} Admins" field, type in the names of the project managers you want to assign to the specific project.
  6. Add the selected project managers to the project by clicking the "Update" button.
  7. The assigned project managers will receive a notification about their new project assignment through the Message Tab in the Toki Slack app.
