How do I manage my subscription plan?
There are two ways to cancel your Kiku plan.
View the Kiku website and log into your account. Visit Account Settings and select “Cancel Subscription”
In Kiku Home, enter Admin View mode. Select the “Cancel Subscription” button.
Kiku subscriptions will be cancelled upon your next payment as per the billing cycle. If you choose to cancel your subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, you will continue to have access to Kiku until the end of the billing cycle. Once the cycle has ended, you will have no access to your workspace.
If you upgrade for the Premium plan from Standard you will get more functionality and features than you have in the Standard plan, but in the case of downgrading the plan, you will receive less functionality and features and will need to adjust your workspace again.
