Sending Property Messages

Hover over the Messaging tab on the top menu. Click on the Send Message from the drop down menu.

Select the property you want to message.

Note: You must create the property first in the property section for it to appear as a messaging option.

Select what group you’d like to message.

Next, write a descriptive email subject. If you are sending a notice you can use the formatting we’ve provided. We’ve strategically thought of the best structuring so your residents will see the most important details regardless if they login to view the entire message or not.

Residents only see a small portion of the message and must login to see the rest.

Continue to fill in the rest of the information. If there are any pictures or files you want included, you can attach them at the end of the page.

Click on the green Send The Email button at the very bottom once you are finished writing your email.
