Creating & Managing Requests in Sugu

Create a new request

Click on the "Requests" tab and select "Open Requests" from the drop-down menu. Then click on the blue "Create A New Request" button. Fill in the details - which property & unit the request is from, the request category and a more detailed description


View your open requests

Click on the "Requests" tab, then select "Open Requests" from the drop-down menu. You'll see all your currently open requests. 

Alternatively, on your dashboard, you can click on the red text "Open Requests". (It's under the "Quick Peek" section.) This will take you to the screen with all your open requests.

To view the details of an open request, click on the name of the request. 


Organising your open requests

You can order your requests by request type, property name, main contact, date created, priority, status and last updated. Simply click on the arrow keys next to the name of each column.

  

View your closed/completed requests

Click on the "Requests" tab, then select "Closed Requests" from the drop-down menu. You'll see all your closed/completed requests. Click on the name of a request to view details.

Organising your closed requests

Click on the arrow keys next to each column name. You can sort your requests by request type, main contact, property name, date created, priority and last updated.
