Assign a Toki Task Manager

Once you’ve added a client and created a project, hover over the “Project” tab and click on “Open Projects” from the drop-down menu.

Click on the Project, then click on the Task. (If no Tasks have been created, simply click on the “New Task” button.)

Select a “Team Member” and click on the person you’d like to make responsible for the Task. 
(Make sure you've assigned Team Members in the Project Information section. Please see the help article, "Adding Toki Team Members"  for further assistance)

Click “Save” to save all changes.


You can also assign a manager to a Task from the client page.

Click on the client, then the project and it will bring you to the project page.

Once on the project page, click on the “Task” or “New Task” button.

Select a “Team Member” and click on the person you’d like to make responsible for the Task.
